Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace for clients before and after sessions. Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to support ongoing health. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide a relaxing experience. Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing education and training. Experience Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and health conditions is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client questions. Certification or licensing as required by state regulations is mandatory for practice.
