Candidates must be committed to working 35-40 hours bi-weekly, covering various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with task assignments from the Team Lead - Support residents with financial planning and tax preparation - Develop and execute Individual Support Plans and Person-Centered Plans - Set up and reconcile medications weekly - Conduct home inspections for compliance Requirements: - Grade XII education or equivalent required - Community College Diploma or relevant degree preferred - Experience with developmental disabilities is an asset - Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening required - Valid G driver's license needed Deliver compassionate support to foster independence and community inclusion for our residents at Wagar.
