In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Lead Hand, assisting in the assembly of doors, windows, and other modular components. Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the installation of subfloors and sheeting materials • Help assemble doors, windows, and trim with quality focus • Gather materials necessary for assembly and installation • Pre-assemble components and interpret blueprints accurately • Operate hand and power tools in a safemanner

Requirements:• Residential carpentry experience with basic communication skills • Ability to lift 55 lbs unassisted and 35 lbs overhead • Capability to kneel, stand, and crouch for extended periods • Previous modular unit assembly experience is a plus • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
