We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full-time Customer Service / Junior Sales Representative. Job Overview - Receiving and processing telephone, email, and web orders in a professional and courteous manner - Providing the highest level of service to new and existing customers including product information, suggestions of new products or grouping of products. - Inputting orders with attention to detail to ensure timely efficient invoicing and product delivery - Creating opportunities to build relationships with new customers and help extend our visibility. - Continuous communication with current clients to maintain a positive relationship Requirements to be a successful Customer Service/Junior Sales Representative: - Be energetic with a positive attitude. - Focus on attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Be a team player with the ability to work independently at times. - Previous sales experience is an asset, but training will be provided. - Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales objectives. - Have a cheerful disposition focusing on customer resolution. Qualifications - Proven experience or interest in outside sales, or business development roles. - Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for market research and customer insights. - Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales is advantageous. - Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and challenges This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while providing exceptional customer service.
