This role is vital in helping us maintain the high standards of cleanliness our clients expect. Responsibilities - Perform general cleaning duties in a residential building, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. - Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and other floor care techniques. - Ensure restrooms and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked. - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly. - Report any maintenance issues or damages to management. - Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible. - Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently. - Qualifications - Proven janitorial or custodial experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures. - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods. - Reliable with a solid work ethic. - Call-To-Action Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits - Company events - Employee assistance program - Wellness program Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o3t8z
