Receptionist (Guelph)

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional on behalf of our client for a Receptionist role within a busy skilled office. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and will help create a welcoming, polished, and professional office environment. The role includes reception, administrative support, and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a warm, professional manner - Communicate client requests and meeting changes - Manage a busy front desk and multi-line phone system - Maintain and organize meeting room calendars and bookings - Keep client-facing areas clean and organized throughout the day - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Coordinate lunches and breakfast meetings - Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies - Prepare and tidy meeting rooms between appointments - Complete filing and other clerical tasks as needed Compensation and Benefits - Full-time position - $45,000 - $50,000 annually - Health and Dental Benefits - Monday to Friday daytime hours - In-person role Qualifications - Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative Assistant - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill - Able to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nyz48
