Description
Robert Half is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional on behalf of our client for a Receptionist role within a busy professional office. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and will help create a welcoming, polished, and professional office workplace. The role includes reception, administrative support, and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a warm, professional manner • Communicate client requests and meeting changes • Manage a busy front desk and multi-line phone system • Maintain and organize meeting room calendars and bookings • Keep client-facing areas clean and organized throughout the day • Manage incoming and outgoing mail • Coordinate lunches and breakfast meetings • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies • Prepare and tidy meeting rooms between appointments • Complete filing and other clerical tasks as needed Compensation and Benefits • Full-time position • $45,000 - $50,000 annually • Health and Dental Benefits • Monday to Friday daytime hours • In-person role Qualifications • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative Assistant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o194x
