We are seeking a top-tier Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist who brings a polished, professional presence and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front-office experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact and a key part of keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone who sets the standard when it comes to professionalism, communication, and client service. Key Responsibilities - Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls. - Greet visitors in a qualified manner - Communicate client requests and meeting changes to internal team members - Manage calendars, meeting room bookings and office correspondence. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Perform data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed. - Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies - Prepare and reset meeting rooms between appointments Requirements - 4+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities - Professional, polished, and client-focused approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office What we offer - Full-time, permanent position - Salary: $50,000 – $68,000 - Health and dental benefits - RSP plan - Monday to Friday daytime hours - 3 weeks vacation - Excellent opportunity for future progression Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oaoe5
