Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards - Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and measuring - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food products - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed - Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and sanitation tasks Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen setting - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team - Experience with meal preparation and handling various types of food Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional culinary skills!
