What You'll Do: Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Tidy and organize spaces to enhance the overall look and atmosphere of the home. Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and make sure their needs are met. Offer exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns with professionalism. Manage cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning products and equipment. What We’re Looking For: Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person! Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Outstanding communication skills in English (extra languages are a bonus!). A positive, friendly attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
