Join HGS as a Customer Service Advisor this summer! Engage football fans while providing expert assistance and memorable experiences during World Cup 2026.

This role requires a passion for customer interaction and problem-solving in a agile setting. As an English Customer Service Advisor, you’ll handle inquiries through calls and chats, tailoring responses to each individuals needs. You will receive in-depth training to become a product expert and ensure a positive customer journey with each interaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers via inbound calls and chat • Identify customer needs through active listening • Troubleshoot problems and offer product recommendations • Document interactions and outcomes accurately • Create exceptional experiences by owning interactions

Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Living in or able to work in Waterloo, Ontario • Flexibility to work between 6 AM to 10 PM EST • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written • Comfortable using multiple computer systems
