Our work environment includes: - Contemporary office setting - Growth opportunities - Safe work environment Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule the movement of flatbed and stepdeck trucks. - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Dispatch service technicians to customer locations - Coordinate and schedule service appointments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency Experience: - Previous experience in a flatbed dispatch is required. - Familiarity with phone systems and call center software is a plus - Robust communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
