Summary We are seeking a reliable independent contract janitor to join our team at 2 Sisters & A Broom Cleaning and Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients. Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential, office, and commercial spaces. - Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. - Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained. - Respond promptly to cleaning requests from clients or management. - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Assist with inventory up-keep Requirements - Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not necessary. Training is provided. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. - Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Familiarity with floor tennant amd orbitol machines is an asset. - Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. - Able to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy work load. - No chemical allergies. - Car is a MUST as you will be drving location to location inside Guelph and occasionally Fergus. - Police Clearance - Flexibility- able to adapt daily to schedule changes. - Reside in Guelph/Fergus Area - Available various hours Sunday through Friday If you take pride in your work and are looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive setting, we invite you to apply today at 2 Sisters & A Broom Cleaning and Maintenance!
