Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with proven leadership skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary creativity while maintaining high standards of food safety and service excellence. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. Candidates with extensive restaurant experience, food handling expertise, and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service - Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation - Develop and refine menu offerings in collaboration with management - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures - Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workplace - Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless customer service - Monitor quality control to uphold the restaurant’s culinary standards - Assist in managing restaurant operations during peak hours or staff shortages Skills - Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment - Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation - Excellent team management and leadership abilities - In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures - Experience in restaurant management, including inventory control and staff training - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination - Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices - Demonstrated ability to serve guests with professionalism and hospitality expertise This role is ideal for a dedicated culinary professional passionate about leading a team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
