Summary As a House Cleaner at Merry Maids®, you will play a vital role in delivering premium home-cleaning services that exceed client expectations. Your work will help create sanctuaries for our clients, allowing them to enjoy their homes without the stress of cleaning. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning tasks in clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Customize cleaning services based on each client's unique needs and preferences. Build trustworthy relationships with clients through consistent and reliable service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to Merry Maids® quality standards and protocols for cleaning procedures. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is an asset but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
