Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Sharpe’s Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating and maintaining positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business. They take pride in their work and strive to be a dependable, trusted resource for every customer interaction. Responsibilities - Assist customers with order placement, processing, and product selection. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing accurate information and customer-focused solutions. - Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and ensure customer needs are met efficiently and on time. - Prepare accurate invoices and process payments to support customer satisfaction and inventory control. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication to foster positive customer relationships. - Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and regulations. - Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business operations. Qualifications - Experience with equine or livestock industries an asset. - Proven experience in customer service roles, with strong communication skills. - Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, analysis skills, and sales techniques including upselling. - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions professionally. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide solutions. * - Bilingualism is an asset. - A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
