CNC Milling Machine Operator (Guelph)

Established precision machining manufacturer seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong setup and operation skills. Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC milling machines - Read blueprints and inspect parts to tight tolerances - Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings - Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues - Use precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers - Complete basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area Requirements - 5+ years CNC machining experience - Solid setup and production experience - Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools - Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls preferred - Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments - Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Compensation & Benefits - $32–$37/hour - Health & dental benefits - Paid sick time - Uniform and work boot program - Company events and supportive team culture - Day and evening shifts available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p6eqg
