Operating from a contemporary facility just north of Highway 401, Hathway Stewart provides in-house custom embroidery and EDI-enabled fulfillment to efficiently distribute customized merchandise across Canada. Supported by a network of experienced independent sales professionals and a flexible 3PL supply chain, the company serves discerning operators in both on-course and off-course golf markets and related sectors. Role Description The Marketing Associate reports to the General Manager and will execute various marketing activities, including Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Product Development, along with other Project Management duties as directed from time to time by the General Manager. Responsibilities Customer Marketing - Develop customer-facing marketing materials, including the annual Product Catalogue, Customer Inspiration Guides, Brand and Product sell-sheets, and certain in-store POS marketing materials. Produce product decoration proofs for customer orders. Creative design for custom head covers and other golf-related products . Administrate customer promotions and contests, including annual merchandising contests. Develop customized digital content for customer-specific e-marketing initiatives targeted toward members and clients. Participate in weekly decoration Production Meetings. Support in-house design of custom decoration orders from time to time, as needed. Support preparations for Trade Shows, including participation with booth set-up, tear-down, and manning. Coordinate sales & marketing materials for company Sales Agents Brand Marketing - Jones: Oversee the adaptation and deployment of Jones USA marketing initiatives in Canada. Fyfe: Oversee the adaptation and deployment of Fyfe of Scotland brand marketing initiatives in Canada. Storm Towel & Hathway Stewart: Execute brand marketing efforts for proprietary company-owned brands. Maintain & update the Hathway Stewart website, including the HS Player Boutique online web-store. Create, organize and maintain the digital image database (cloud-based). Support the design & development of brand marketing materials (pictures, videos, etc) to support periodic brand marketing initiatives. Coordinate and manage relationships with marketing service providers, including digital photographers, graphic design agencies, and other related 3rd party providers. Product Management - Support product development and planning related to the HS Product Portfolio (all brands). Participate in the annual line-review process in collaboration with the General Manager. Support development of new product launch plans and communication strategies (consumer & trade). Liase with 3rd party co-packers and product suppliers. Manage the GS1 (UPC) database if/as applicable. Additional - Additional responsibilities as directed by the General Manager from time to time. Skills - Golf interest and knowledge. Creative Graphic design skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva. Willingness to develop skills with new/emerging AI tools (ie Chat GPT, etc).
