The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent support for staff and clients alike. Duties - Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy - Perform data entry tasks accurately using our software and estimating programs - Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents - Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications - Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems - Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of data entry and proofreading documents efficiently - Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred - Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.70-$28.19 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4hh9
