Senior Power Platform Consultant (Halifax)

About the Role IMP Solutions, a division of IMP Group Limited, seeks a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Consultant to help organizations modernize business processes through innovative Microsoft solutions. The role leads the design, development, deployment, and management of enterprise Power Platform solutions while partnering closely with clients to translate complex requirements into scalable, business‑driven outcomes. Responsibilities - Design, develop, implement, and manage enterprise-level solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. - Lead workshops focused on solution architecture, business requirements gathering, governance, security, and environment strategy. - Deliver technical consulting services across assessments, solution planning, feasibility analysis, implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization. - Lead Power Platform solution delivery across technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. - Design and implement ALM and DevOps processes including source control, CI/CD pipelines, setting strategy, release management, and deployment pipelines. - Support pre‑sales activities including Statements of Work, proposals, technical presentations, and RFP responses. - Create high‑quality technical documentation such as assessments, solution designs, migration strategies, testing plans, configuration documentation, and operational guidance. - Provide technical leadership and advisory services rooted in industry best practices and customer‑focused problem solving. - Mentor team members and provide leadership across project delivery engagements. - Stay current on emerging Microsoft technologies, Power Platform capabilities, and evolving best practices. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, developing, and managing Power Platform solutions. - 5+ years of consulting experience delivering solutions across diverse industries and client environments. - Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop RPA), Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. - Proven experience implementing ALM, CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and deployment strategies. - Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance, security, and enterprise deployment practices. - Experience leading both project delivery and pre‑sales engagements focused on business outcomes and solution quality. - Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - One or more current Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600). Preferred Assets - Experience with Azure Automation and Azure Logic Apps. - Familiarity with Azure Key Vault and API Management. - Experience with Azure Data Services such as Data Factory or Synapse. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
