Halifax Water is seeking an Office Assistant II for the Operations Department. This non‑unionized position supports senior staff in day‑to‑day operations and provides administrative assistance to the Safety&Security group. This position is non‑unionized. Responsibilities

The Office Assistant II will: Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for senior staff. Prepare meeting minutes and process invoices. Provide reliable administrative and organizational support for the Operations Department. Assist in the administration of safety and security programs within the Environment, Health&Safety Department. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in records and workflow, even during interruptions. Qualifications

Grade 12 education plus a recognized Business or Secretarial Certificate. Three years of related secretarial experience. High degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and continuity of workflow.Benefits
