Role overview: This position is critical to protecting Haleon’s corporate assets and managing its day-to-day operational cyber security defences. It involves the analysis, investigation and response to digital security incidents. It requires the identification of cyber threats, the preservation of digital evidence and the provision of support to legal and internal investigations. Key responsibilities: - Conduct forensic analysis of computers, networks, mobile devices and digital storage media. - Investigate security breaches, cyberattacks and unauthorised access incidents. - Collect, preserve and document digital evidence in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. - Support eDiscovery cases – Data Collection and Management. - Perform malware analysis and identify indicators of compromise (IOCs). - Prepare detailed forensic reports for internal stakeholders and legal proceedings. - Collaborate with IT, legal and law enforcement when required. - Maintain chain of custody for all evidence handled. - Use forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Autopsy, Wireshark) to analyse data. - Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, tools and forensic methodologies. - Provide expert testimony if necessary. Your profile Required: - Five years in cybersecurity, with some experience of delivering forensic investigation services. - Three years working on digital forensic investigations, incident response or cybersecurity investigations. - Knowledge of operating systems and file systems. - Familiarity with network protocols and security concepts. - Experience with forensic tools and data recovery techniques. - Understanding of legal procedures related to digital evidence. - Analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. - Experience working with law enforcement or legal teams. - Knowledge of cloud forensics and mobile device forensics. - Previous or current experience with eDiscovery solutions such as Exterro, OpenText eDiscovery or similar. - Ability to communicate complex problems succinctly. - Ability to work within a team environment, sharing workload and responsibility. Preferred: - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field (or equivalent experience). - CISSP, GCIA, GCDA, GSOC, GCIH. Why Haleon?
