Instacart Senior Engineering Manager Role, Halifax

Key Responsibilities:• Lead a senior engineering team of ~12 members • Define and execute architectural and execution guidance • Drive integration of various retailer services onto unified platforms • Partner with ML and Data Engineering on data compliance • Offer self-service tooling for retailers to streamline processes

Requirements:• 8+ years in software engineering, 3+ in team management • Track record of leading 10+ engineers successfully • Experience in volatile, high-growth environments • Strong leadership skills in cross-functional settings • Proficiency in distributed systems and cloud technologies
