Hardscape Foreman (Lead Hand) - Immediate Start (Halton Hills)

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Hardscape Foreman who can take ownership of projects and run a crew with minimal supervision. This is not a training role. You must already know what you’re doing. What You’ll Do - Lead hardscape projects from start to finish (patios, retaining walls, decks, full backyards) - Operate equipment (Mini Excavator, Skid Steer) - Drive truck & trailer to and from job sites - Read project plans and execute without constant direction - Manage 1–2 labourers on-site and keep projects moving efficiently Requirements (Must-Have) - Proven experience in interlock, retaining walls, and deck building - Confident operating MiniEx & Skid Steer - Valid driver’s license + experience driving truck & trailer - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for job quality - Shows up. Works hard. No babysitting required.
