Role Description This is a full time, on-site Licensed Account Manager role located in Georgetown, ON. The Licensed Account Manager will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including supporting clients with insurance solutions, managing existing client accounts, and addressing inquiries related to policies. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, interpreting client needs, policy adjustments, renewals, and building trusted relationships with clients while continuously identifying sales opportunities. The successful candidate will also collaborate with insurance providers to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications - Proficiency in managing insurance solutions, including Home, Automobile, Business, and Specialty Insurance products. - Strong client relationship management, sales, and policy servicing skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs. - Capability for problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management under dynamic conditions. - Proficiency in using digital tools and software for managing client accounts and communication. - Valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license - Licensed Account Manager with at least 2 years experience handling policy changes, renewals, remarkets, and day to day client service - Experience in customer service and working in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nb0x2
