Summary We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our landscape projects and properties. This role is vital in ensuring our standards of excellence are maintained across all projects in Erin, ON. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of landscape properties and projects. - Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion. - Supervise team members and subcontractors. - Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction. - Monitor project progress and report on performance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. - Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. - Qualifications - Proven management and project management experience within the landscaping or construction industry. - Solid supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team. - Mechanical knowledge and electrical experience are advantageous. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of safety standards related to landscape maintenance. - Leadership qualities with a focus on quality and customer service. - Join our team at Willboi's Landscape where your leadership can help shape vibrant outdoor spaces.
