Inventory Coordinator (Halton Hills)

Cloud Logistics Canada Inc. is an eCommerce company that specializes in home goods and a variety of consumer products. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our warehouse in Halton Hills. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate daily warehouse activities efficiently. Responsibilities - Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping - Monitor workflow and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time - Work closely with warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency - Use RF scanning equipment to track inventory and ensure accuracy - Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes - Ensure all products are properly labeled, packed, and staged for shipment - Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or order fulfillment - Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve operational issues - Assist in training new warehouse staff on processes and safety procedures - Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinator or lead role - Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanning devices - Strong organizational and time management skills - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills (WMS experience is an asset) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required Cloud Logistics Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
