Locum Primary Care Physician (Erin)

East Wellington Family Health Team (FHT) offers an interdisciplinary team-based care workplace. Our clinical team consists of nurses, dietitians, and mental health therapists. We have integrated services with an occupational therapist, addictions counsellor and home care resources. All of our services are provided by dedicated admin and billing staff. East Wellington FHT offers a full range of family practice services to our 13,000 patients, at all stages along the life continuum. Positions Available - 1 position at Rockwood location. Start in September 2026 (1 year) - 1 position at Erin location.
