This fixed-term role focuses on full-cycle inventory management and payables responsibilities, demanding strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Inventory and Payables Administrator reports to the Accounting Manager and manages day-to-day inventory accounting, month-end close activities, and associated payables. This position requires collaboration with Buyers, Operations, and Vendors to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial audits. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records and supporting financial transformation initiatives within the accounting team.
