Framing Carpenter / Rough Carpenter (Erin)

FRAMING CARPENTER / ROUGH CARPENTER FULL-TIME – GTA & SURROUNDING AREAS We are a family-owned construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, renovations, framing, and rough carpentry throughout the GTA. We are looking to hire 1–2 reliable workers with framing/carpentry experience who can work independently, complete quality work with minimal supervision, and work effectively as part of a small crew environment. We want people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to continue learning and improving their skills. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Experience in framing, rough carpentry, or general construction - Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision - Comfortable working alone or as part of a crew - Strong work, able to stay productive and problem solve on site - Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely - Comfortable working outdoors year-round - Able to lift and handle construction materials safely - Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites - Own basic personal tools (tool belt, hammer, tape, etc.) BONUS EXPERIENCE : - Renovations/additions - Decks, fences, sheds - Equipment experience - General construction knowledge WHAT WE OFFER: - Full-time steady work - Pay based on experience, skill, and independence - Opportunity to learn and grow within the company - Small crew workplace - Fast-paced work with a variety of projects PAY: $25–$40/hour depending on experience and ability.
