Intermediate PMO / Governance Analyst – 6-Month Contract We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Intermediate PMO / Governance Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong experience in governance, PMO, process optimization, and operational improvement who can support key initiatives in a rapid-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance governance practices, improve operational processes, and support the organization’s transition toward a hybrid delivery model. You will play a key role in reviewing methodologies, strengthening monitoring processes, and driving greater efficiency across project and operational activities. Key Responsibilities Support PMO and governance initiatives across project and operational functions Review existing methodologies and recommend improvements to align with hybrid delivery practices Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency Assist with resource capacity management and workload planning activities Develop and maintain transparent documentation, process maps, and governance materials Monitor project and operational activities to ensure alignment with established standards and processes Partner with stakeholders across the business to support adoption of improved governance and delivery practices Provide ongoing support in a hybrid/waterfall environment, ensuring consistency, accountability, and visibility Qualifications Experience working in PMO, governance, and process improvement environments Strong background in process optimization and operational improvement Experience with resource capacity management and workload planning Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Visio, and MS Project Comfortable supporting hybrid and waterfall delivery models Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting High level of ownership, accountability, and organization Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p971a
