Versace Operations Supervisor Role, Full Time Halton Hills

Take on a rewarding Full time Operations Supervisor role at Versace Toronto Premium Outlet. Lead back-of-house operations and client experience improvements in this energetic position. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in managing inventory and stock organization. This includes regular monitoring of sales floor stock, executing effective shipping and receiving processes, and reconciling inventory discrepancies. You will also assist with key holder responsibilities and enhance communication with both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee product stock levels and quality control issues Process damage reports and repairs monthly Maintain a clean and efficient stockroom area Assist with daily operational tasks for the sales team Document all stock movement for accuracy Requirements: At least 2 years in retail back-of-house, luxury experience preferred Solid communication and relationship-building skills Ability to operate retail POS and Microsoft Office programs Positive, self-motivated attitude in daily tasks Capable of thriving in high-paced environments Serve as a leader at Versace, enhancing operational standards and customer satisfaction at our Halton Hills location.
