What Youll Do Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals. Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as online inquiries. Develop a business and prospecting marketing plan to drive new sales opportunities. Build and maintain a database of contacts while actively networking to promote the brand and products. Provide clients with professional advice, accurate quotes, and customized insurance solutions. Respond to client and company inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and strengthen relationships. Fully complete all applicable documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Promote new business ideas and represent the company at events and networking opportunities. What You Bring to the Team Minimum of 3 years proven success in Personal Lines sales with a strong track record of results. Valid RIBO License . Post-secondary education in a related field (college or university level). Comfortable and confident with cold prospecting via email and telephone (preferred). Creative ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals. Persistent, results-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with strong attention to detail. High computer proficiency; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote considered an asset.
