Customer Service Representative (Hamilton)

The Opportunity: Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? As a Customer Service Representative you are a vital member of our team, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and ensuring that every caller feels heard and cared for. Key tasks include: Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude Convert calls into scheduled service appointments Make follow-up calls after recent service visits to verify customer satisfaction Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual appointments Prioritize and coordinate service schedules Keep customer database up-to-date with accurate information Handle other admin tasks as needed Job Type: Full Time Pay: $21 - $25 per hour Job Location: Our Customer Service Representatives work at our office for each scheduled shift. A great communicator with the ability to connect and build positive relationships with customers and your team. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
