service role — you’ll play an important part in helping ensure emergency equipment is ready when it’s needed most. What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll work closely with customers to help manage and maintain their AED programs while providing outstanding support and service. Your responsibilities will include Maintaining and updating our AED tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail Connecting with customers after purchase to ensure their AEDs are properly registered, set up, and rescue-ready Building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support Monitoring expiry dates for pads, batteries, and accessories Following up with customers regarding expired or expiring supplies Preparing quotes and coordinating replacement product orders Assisting customers with questions and providing friendly, knowledgeable support by phone and email Collaborating with our internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience What You Bring We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in doing things well. You’ll be a outstanding fit if you have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel A positive, team-oriented attitude Bilingual French/English skills are considered a strong asset Why Join AED4Life?
