Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist (Stoney Creek)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty treatments, including body waxing and nail care, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary workplace for all clients. Duties - Perform a range of beauty treatments, including body waxing, nail care, and other aesthetic services. - Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions. - Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. - Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service. Requirements - Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. - Strong skills in body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. - Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products effectively.
