Customer Service Associate (Ancaster)

Funzilla Indoor Playground is looking for an energetic, bubbly, and customer-focused team member to join our staff! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of Funzilla, helping families create positive and memorable experiences. Key responsibilities include answering emails, completing guest check-ins, maintaining a clean and safe play environment, and hosting birthday parties with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, and enjoys working with children and families. Flexibility is essential, as this position requires availability on weekends and the ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
