Head of Performance Marketing $50,000-$100,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced performance marketing leader who is ready for their next growth step — someone who has built and scaled campaigns inside an agency environment and now wants to lead a larger team, own client growth outcomes, and shape the next chapter of an evolving business unit. This is a senior leadership role combining paid media expertise, team leadership, client strategy, and commercial accountability.
