Customer Service Representative - Part time Remote - Ontario, Canada Driven Brands is looking for an inbound customer service representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week and provide open availability. The starting wage for this position is $19.35 per hour plus incentives. What You’ll Do Function as an expediter of all incoming calls. Answer customer inquiries. Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives. Ensure the proper processes are followed and task deadlines are met. Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems. Be adaptable and adaptable to constant change. Accurately communicate customer details to franchisees. What You’ll Bring Bilingualism in English/Spanish and/or French is an asset not required. Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening). Minimum two years of call centre experience. Sales experience is an asset. Shows predominant skills in computer literacy. Good organisational and time‑management skills. Works well in a quick‑paced setting. Works well under pressure. Experience in the automotive industry and asset (but not required).
