Securiguard Services is seeking experienced security guards for various locations in Brantford and Hamilton. Contribute to safety by managing CCTV, enforcing regulations, and responding to incidents. As a security qualified with Securiguard Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in security, preferably within healthcare, retail, or government environments. You'll monitor CCTV systems, control access, and prepare detailed reports while adhering to our core values: Respect, Empathy, Accountability, Courtesy, and Honesty. Key Responsibilities: • Enforce provincial and municipal security regulations • Monitor and manage CCTV and control room equipment • Control site access and respond to security breaches • Report hazards and incidents effectively • Conduct qualified daily security reports Requirements: • 1+ year security experience or related diploma • Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification • Familiarity with two-way radios and CCTV software • Solid conflict resolution and crowd management skills • Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code Protect our community with integrity and responsibility as part of Securiguard Services.
