Description
Lead corporate security operations with the City of Hamilton as a Project Manager. Oversee security services and ensure seamless operations through expert management and compliance. This role reports directly to the Corporate Security Specialist within Corporate Safety & Security. You will be responsible for managing security guard services, event management, and client-driven security requests. A key part of your job is to maintain high standards in security operations while conducting performance audits and developing service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage outsourced corporate security guard service contracts • Chair team meetings related to ongoing projects • Conduct performance audits and identify service deficiencies • Develop standard operating procedures for security operations • Engage with local Police and City departments Requirements: • Degree in Criminology or related fields • Experience in project management and event planning • Understanding of security technologies and incident management • Solid communication and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of security laws and regulations Utilize your project management skills to enhance security operations at the City of Hamilton.
