Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour to start What You’ll Be Doing - Disassemble pumps and mechanical equipment for inspection and repair - Assess components and document repair requirements - Perform mechanical assembly and reassembly of parts - Assist with machining‑related tasks and shop work - Operate balancing equipment and record results - Repair and prep castings for rebuild - Work closely with experienced technicians to complete projects What We Are Looking For - 1–3+ years of mechanical assembly, machine shop, or manufacturing experience - Experience with Pump equipment and assembly a MUST - Comfortable using hand tools and power tools - Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings - Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) - Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills - Reliable and team‑oriented - Experience in a machine shop or pump repair setting - Welding experience - Forklift certification - General Machinist certification - Experience with balancing equipment or EDM What’s In It For You - Competitive pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour - Day shift (great work‑life balance) - Stable, long‑term opportunity - Opportunity to learn machining and repair skills - Clean, team‑oriented shop environment This posting is for a current vacancy with our client.
