Customer Support Representative (Hamilton)

Customer Service Representative - Part time Remote - Ontario, Canada Driven Brands is looking for an inbound customer service representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week and provide open availability. The starting wage for this position is $19.35 per hour plus incentives. What You’ll Do - Function as an expediter of all incoming calls. - Answer customer inquiries. - Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives. - Ensure the proper processes are followed and task deadlines are met. - Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems. - Be adaptable and adaptable to constant change. - Accurately communicate customer details to franchisees. What You’ll Bring - Bilingualism in English/Spanish and/or French is an asset not required. - Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening). - Minimum two years of call centre experience. - Sales experience is an asset. - Shows predominant skills in computer literacy. - Good organisational and time‑management skills. - Works well in a fast‑paced environment. - Works well under pressure. - Experience in the automotive industry and asset (but not required).
