Nail Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician or Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and or Skincare and a flair for providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician/Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming workplace. Duties - Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance the client experience. - Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. - Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services. Experience - Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. - Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols. - Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. - A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
