Working in our bright, open-concept kitchen,youllprepare delicious breakfast offerings that set the tone for our guests experience, whethertheyrehotel guests or local diners starting their day with us. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cookingbreakfast menuitems with accuracy, efficiency, and presentation in line with Bacis standards Performing opening duties and morning prep to ensure a smooth andtimelyservice Learning and mastering the details of our breakfast offerings to ensure consistency and quality Minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients and supplies Maintaininga high levelof cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen Ensuring proper care, maintenance, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations Takingdirectionfrom the Director of Food & Beverage and supporting overall kitchen goals Using sound judgment and leadership skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture while helping drive continual improvement Playing a key role in creating extraordinary experiences for our guestsone breakfast at a time Performingadditionalduties as assigned to support the culinary team This isa great opportunityfor someone who thrives in the early hours, loves a well-run kitchen, and takes pride in creating high-quality dishes that makea lasting impression.
