We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team and contribute to a seamless customer experience in our busy Parts Department. Position Summary The Parts Advisor plays a key role in supporting both the service team and retail customers by efficiently sourcing, ordering, and distributing automotive parts. This position requires strong product knowledge, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with parts lookup, quotes, and order processing. Serve retail and wholesale customers by providing accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and compatibility. Source and order parts from suppliers and the manufacturer as required. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, returns, and special orders. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming parts deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Process payments and issue invoices for parts sales. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely completion of repairs. Stay updated on Volvo’s latest parts catalogues, software systems, and promotions. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an automotive parts advisor or similar role (Volvo or other luxury brands preferred). Strong understanding of automotive parts and service processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and manufacturer parts catalogues. Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Valid driver’s license. What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
