TFW Coordinator– Support and Wellness Focus, East Haldimand County (Waterdown)

Support Temporary Foreign Workers at Hendriks Greenhouses in the role of TFW Coordinator, emphasizing onboarding, wellness checks, and housing support. Flexibility is essential in this impactful position.

You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for providing a multifaceted range of support to Temporary Foreign Workers. This role includes completing wellness checks, performing housing inspections, and addressing any issues collaboratively with the Maintenance Department. You will also offer transportation support to events like medical appointments and assist with translation for workers.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in onboarding and training for foreign workers • Conduct wellness checks and report on issues • Carry out housing inspections and support resolutions • Support transportation needs for various appointments • Facilitate translation for Spanish-speaking individuals

Requirements:• Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory • Valid Ontario “G” Class License required • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities • Professional attitude with customer focus • Up-to-date TFW records maintenance skills
