Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various beauty treatments, including body waxing and nail care, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary workplace for all clients. Duties Perform a range of beauty treatments, including body waxing, nail care, and other aesthetic services. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service. Requirements Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products effectively.
