Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens located in Stoney Creek, Ontario and White Chapel Memorial Gardens, located at Hamilton, Ontario is currently recruiting a full‑time Pre-Planning Sales Representative to join our Sales Office. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for promoting funeral and cemetery pre‑planning within the community. You will receive outstanding paid training, company benefits, a generous merit‑based pay structure, and a structured bonus program, in addition to incentive‑based contests for top performance. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Commission payouts will be reduced by total hourly wages paid. Net annual earnings typically range between $60,000–$120,000. Registration in or completion of funeral pre‑planning and cemetery pre‑planning courses in an accredited post‑secondary institution would be considered an asset. Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous skilled experiences and a robust discipline for working in a customer‑centric service organization. Experience in business development, sales and customer success is an asset. Willing to demonstrate active community involvement and establish a positive profile of the cemetery and funeral home within the community. Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring full compliance of all federal and provincial regulatory requirements. Present to community organizations, arrange and host seminars and mall shows, notify agencies and special groups about the perks of pre‑planning. Establish and organize programs and seminars at the funeral home, with guest speakers and arrange co‑sponsors of the seminars and programs. Other duties or special projects as required.
