Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in general dentistry, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care across diverse age groups, including pediatrics. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical expertise and diagnostic tools such as CAD Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases Utilize dental software such as Abeldent to document patient records, treatment plans, and billing information accurately Administer various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote overall dental health Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experiences Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance clinical outcomes Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and medical terminology standards Skills Proficiency with dental management software such as Abeldent is highly desirable Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is preferred Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry Prior experience working in a dental office setting is advantageous Familiarity with CAD technology for designing restorations or other dental appliances Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and coordinate with team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to ongoing career development and adherence to ethical standards Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: In office parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ok21z
